Samples for Wedding, Party or Corporate Events 

Purchase a sample of your chosen design - this will be deducted when you place your final order.

 

Placing Your Order

Once you have decided on the design, please contact me so that we may discuss the wording and quantities required.

Names of guests should be clearly written or typed and a "proof list" will be supplied to you for checking.  Once the "proof" has been approved we cannot be held responsible for any spelling errors.

 

Confirmation of Order

Written confirmation will be sent, together with "proofs" of stationery content. 

 

Please allow four weeks for completion of order.

 

Deposit

50% deposit is required to secure your order.  Your order will be sent to you on receipt of balance. 

Currency is GB Pounds only.

 

Cancellation

Cancellation of your order, once the work has commenced, may result in loss of deposit.

 

Delivery 

Your order will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery - a signature will be required on receipt of your parcel.

 

Post and Packing

Cost of post and packaging will depend on quantity/size and weight.   However, it is recommended that you budget approximately £15 for post and packing.
